CRYSTAL   5% ✦ The levels of Touko's Pokémon are based on N's Challenge Mode Pokémon from the seasonal battles in BW2. ✦ They are all (more or less) black Unova Pokémon, and all (more or less) large, pointy, and intimidating. Except Emolga, of course. He's just cute. ✦ I'm not too fussed about the gameplay specifics of Abilities and movesets — in RP, I prefer to stay flexible. ✦ Still, you can assume that, like her Battle Subway Pokémon, the members of Touko's team are blessed with sensible Natures and full IV and EV spreads. ✦ Admittedly, her type coverage is not the best, but listen... aesthetic. ✦ She has more Pokémon at home, of course, but this is her main team. EMOLGA level 80 As the least physically imposing member of Touko's team, Emolga has two very important jobs: performing reconnaissance in dangerous situations, and being cute. He's no slouch of a Pokémon, himself — it's certainly no fun to be on the receiving end of a jolt from him — but he's not at all as powerful as the others, and for the most part, he plays a support role by tricking foes into a grand Encore before he quickly U-Turns out of battle. (Or Volt Switches. You know, whatever.) He prefers to stay outside of his Poké Ball. In general, you'll find him clinging to Touko's hat or shoulder, unless of course the conditions are too extreme for cuddling. He's a little bit of a spoiled brat. EMBOAR level 80 Emboar is Touko's fully-evolved starter Pokémon — her first and best ally. He is loyal to a fault and generally acts like some sort of strict, gruff lieutenant. At heart, however, he's ultimately very friendly, and never shys away from displays of his physical strength. If he were a person, he'd be the sort of guy you could arm-wrestle at a bar. And if he loses? Drinks on him! (Unfortunately, he's not a person, so no drinks for anybody.) Sometimes he gets jealous of Emolga, because he used to be the one cuddling up to Touko when he was a small Tepig, but Emboar knows in his heart that all Pokémon have to grow big and strong eventually! Except for... the ones that don't... HAXORUS level 80 Hotheaded and rash, this Haxorus is always itching for a fight. Much like his Trainer, Haxorus deeply enjoys battle, and enjoys nothing more than the satisfaction of crushing an opponent. It's not like he's a sadist! He's just competitive, and he loves to win. He'll sit and wait like a good boy if asked, though, so it's not as though Touko can't control him. Plus, he's surprisingly patient with smaller, younger Pokémon. Believe it or not, Touko's Haxorus can swim. Even more weird is the fact that he actually really likes to swim. Give him a big pool and he'll entertain himself for a day. ZOROARK level 80 As one might expect, Touko's Zoroark is a lovable trickster who adores causing havoc and trouble. He met his Trainer in Castelia City, when he was a Zorua disguised as a lost little boy, and has considered her his family ever since. He is rather possessive of Touko, and is usually the first to shield her from harm. Unfortunately, he's also a bit of a fragile glass cannon, so this doesn't always work out in his favor. Zoroark likes to show off his transformations, so he impersonates Touko's male friends from time to time. Fortunately, when he is disguised as a human, he is incapable of speech, making it easy to tell when he's up to no good... ZEKROM level 82 Zekrom is an ancient, legendary being — the maker of kings and creator of countries — and you will treat it with respect. ...At least, that's how it started out, but it's been with Touko and her ragtag team of rascals long enough now that it's settled into the role of Team Dad and Local Man Who's Too Old For Everything. Calm, collected, and possessed of an unflappable dignity, Zekrom is deeply protective of Touko and will bare its fangs at anyone who dares to hurt her. In general, however, it stays inside its Ball because, well, it's nine feet tall and easily capable of destroying everything around it. Despite her youth, Touko is Zekrom's chosen hero and champion of ideals, and it regards her as an equal. It has sworn to serve her until the bitter end, or until her idealism leaves her — whichever comes first.
